Hello everyone! Im Heather and Im new around these parts. As per the norm this blog is centered around "changing myself." Honestly though, if you all had seen the scale the other day.....well, I think we can all agree to bear with with me on this one and trust me. Simply because internet world....you have no choice. = )
I will now provide you with the ever so important background as to why I need to start this journey. I am 23 and am a wife and a mother to 2 kids. G-man is 3 years old and my H-sweetie was born October 19th, 2011. After H was born I was able to lose the pregnancy weight rather quickly but got lazy, stopped pumping and started eating crappy foods. Every day, all day. So...I gained most of that weight back. = | Simply put, I want it gone and I want to start feeling better. My arthritis takes a toll on me, and if I dont take control of my health now...well. Im afraid Ill wait too long. Plus, this momma needs to do something for herself. Even if it is exercising!
So here is my plan. I want to start this http://jointhereboot.com/reboot-program/the-reboot-entry-plan/ next week and make it through all 15 days. It's a juicing challenge! Im taking baby steps and I think a good juicing/detox is a great way to jump start things. Make a "fresh" start so to speak. Hence the title of this blog. As suggested by a friend, instead of making my own juice and buying produce with the outrageous prices these days, she suggested drinking Naked Green Machine!
Also, on the agenda is to start the 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Again my plan in this is to take it day by day, week by week....month by month. Im better at focusing on the here and now than the long term things.
