Day 2, and I have realized something....I need more protein than Im getting. Ive gotten rid of pop and caffeine completely so adding that on top of this routine was too much for my body. I got the shakes pretty bad even with eating tons of fruits and veggies. So I made myself a balanced meal for dinner. But honestly, subbing two meals a day with the juice is good enough for me until I can get more used to it. So, breakfast and lunch it is! Im not too worried about it, because Im not snacking between meals. Maybe this is considered breaking the diet or whatever, but Im more concerned with how I feel....and I certainly didnt feel right. So tomorrow is another day.
